ADVANTAGES OF AMUT-EREMA TECHNOLOGY
The PET sheet produced using 100% post-consumer bottle flakes is of high-quality and has FDA and EFSA certification.
The AMUT-EREMA system has a decontamination/dehumidification process that takes approximately an hour. This process eliminates any volatile contaminants present in the flakes, resulting in a sheet of better quality than any dryness co-rotating system.
The production of a non-fragile, perfect sheet is achieved without any IV (Intrinsic Viscosity) drops during production, and there are no restrictions on thickness. Tests have been carried out with a foil thickness of 1.5 mm.
It is possible to reduce the thickness of thermoformed items.
The PET sheet produced on the AMUT-EREMA line allows for an endless process of production starting from the first sheet, without any restrictions on the quantity of recycled material coming from the thermoforming process. The zero-drop in viscosity makes it possible to reprocess the PET sheet thermoforming skeletons.
